I am currently looking to identity a skilled, passionate and personable Technology Services Analyst (Desktop / IT Support) to work on a long-term contract basis in Chicago’s loop!
Responsibilities for the Technology Services Analyst job include, but are not limited to teamwork, documentation, monitoring, upgrades, change management, knowledge transfer. You will be in charge of assisting other systems and network members with projects, as well as updating or upgrading desktop functions to maintain fluid stability to support the entire firm. Along with the desktop duties of the position, you will be asked to take ownership in the systems administration duties (i.e., password reset, account set up, SCCM deployments, etc.).

For consideration, you must have the following skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree - preferably in Computer Science or Business Administration
  • Prior law firm experience
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in an IT support and help desk position
  • Strong experience with Microsoft apps
  • Windows 7, 8, XP and Mac OS experience  
  • Support of Microsoft Office
  • Support of Active Directory user accounts
  • Mobile device experience with iPhone, iPad, Blackberry and Android

The following skills are not required, but will make you stand apart:

  • Experience with FileSite, iManage, Legal MacPac and DOC-Open would be highly preferred
