Description:
Human Resources (HR) is redesigning business processes and building the future foundation for a better associate, leader, HR and candidate experience. They are transitioning from Peoplefsoft to Workday. This initiative is called HR Digital Transformation (HRDT).  We plan to supplement the existing team with resources skilled in Workday configuration and testing.  The duration of all roles will be approximately six to twelve months.
 
Workday Testing / Configuration Skills/Competencies
• Expert in user acceptance testing and coordination, both manual and automated testing.  
• Acts independently or with limited direction.  Is responsible for deciphering and understanding moderate to complex system and process requirements to develop adequate testing processes.   
• Understands key components of the system and all interactions, including but not limited to Payroll, the HR Help Desk, Benefits, Absence, Compensation, Self Service and Talent Management.  
• Understands, collaborates and consults with other areas who perform HR system analysis and updates.
• Coordinates all HR User Acceptance Testing to ensure that all business processes and system functionality are fully tested and function accurately as one integrated system.   
• Assures all system updates are coordinated effectively to assure maximum benefit with high efficiency.  
• Maintains a broad understanding and consults on how HRIS and other key systems supporting HR operate and interact.  
• Acts as an expert in the analysis of existing processes, procedures and methods to ensure and promote effective testing operations through standardization, improvement, simplification, discontinuance or other methods.
 
***Workday testing, configuration, and integration experience is a must for these openings.
