My client has a contract to HIRE opportunity open for a Desktop Engineer / IT Support located in Morton Grove, IL! This role will support around 300+ end users with and be a the tier 2 escalation point! The most successful individual will have great customer service experience and experience with Active Directory and Imaging.
 
To be considered you must have the following experience:
• 3+ years of experience in a desktop support role
• Strong customer service, communication and training skills
• Expertise in Windows, Windows Server, Microsoft Office and other software packages
• Significant experience with troubleshooting Windows desktop and Windows server operating systems
• Proficiency in web browser support and configuration
• Experience with MS Active Directory and Group Policy software installations and administration
• Knowledge of TCP\IP and basic connectivity troubleshooting
• Knowledge of Firewalls, Intrusion Detection Systems, Routers, Switches, Wi-Fi, PC hardware and anti-virus\spam software
