Role:
The role of the TMO Support Lead is to provide support across the TMO organization. The TMO Support Lead also manages and directs two TMO Support Analysts Oversees overall Risk and Issue Management, participates in RAID meetings. Collects and coordinates data from Service Provider to build out a consolidate status. Supports TMO team on capturing and vetting change requests.
 
Responsibilities:
Status Reporting and Analysis: Leads team maintaining the status reporting templates in an approved repository. Assists in collecting and reviewing all status reports weekly. Assists in the preparation of the status report package each week.
Transition Issues Log: Ensures that the support team maintains transition issues and questions log (RAID). Works to ensure that the issues are properly tracked and followed up. Ensures that any fast-track issues are addressed within 48 hours.
Change Requests: Coordinates the support team and Change Management Lead to maintain a consolidated change requests log and associated documentation. Ensures that any fast-track changes are appropriately managed.
Meeting Preparation and Documentation: Assists in preparing for key Transition Team (AIG/SP) and various steering committee meetings. Documents minutes at all meetings and ensures follow-up on key action items.
