Job Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or 4 years equivalent experience with focus in VoIP, Contact Center and Collaboration Solutions.
7+ years of relevant experience
Demonstrated knowledge of Unified Communications Systems and technology design and development
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
Solid understanding of technical infrastructure such as system management, support, and operations
Excellent knowledge and background in Unified Communications solutions, tools and best practices
Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing, across all levels of the organization and can deliver technical information to a non-technical audience
Proven experience in leading vendor and technical staff in troubleshooting complex issues and in Unified Communications and Collaboration system development
In depth experience of Unified Communications Vendor Solutions
Demonstrated industry knowledge of Collaboration and Unified Communications technology
Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
Additional Requirements (must be obtained or completed within a period of time)
