Our client, a highly successful retail and leasing company is seeking a talentedUX Experience Designer to design back-end systems and applications while executing our vision and strategy of streamlined, modern and useful applications.
 
In this role, you would work to continually improve the internal application experience and develop new ways to improve the business. The role requires a great balance between art and analysis to achieve success.
 
Responsibilities:
 
Drive the execution of application UX/UI flows for all team member facing IT experiences.
 
Streamlining and simplifying the team member work experience, driving increases in efficiencies, engagement and adoption of applications.
 
Design, motivate, build and support the User Experience working with project managers, front-end developers, web designers, business analysts and business unit owners.
 
Develop Omni-channel UX/UI framework guidelines to create synergistic and consistent user experiences that mirror or enhance the in-store experience.
 
Ensuring architecture, navigation, team member experience is clear, compelling and consistent for desktop and mobile.
 
Understand current applications used by internal and external stakeholders with a focus on making their experiences exceptional.
 
Work closely with cross-functional teams and collaborate with marketers, product buyers, developers, designers, and sales teams and implement a robust User Testing strategy and calendar.
 
Advocate for the team member/ customer, follow user-focused design principles and clearly communicate designs through prototypes, documentation and presentations.
 
Design user experience design projects from concept to launch.
 
Apply targeting tactics based on analytics, creating unique and rich experiences based on user preferences.
 
Foster a culture of innovation.
 
Stay current with trends in UX/UI, design and ecommerce.
 
Education and Experience:
 
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in HCI, design, or related field
