SUMMARY:
 
Our client is seeking a highly motivated and talented Front-end Web Developer to contribute to the vision and creation of interactive customer experiences. This Developer will work closely with front-end creative teams and back-end software engineers. The perfect candidate will be a dynamic, results-oriented individual who can handle a fast-paced environment and can react quickly to changing client needs.  
 
 
RESPONSIBILITIES:
 
• Oversee entire UI and UX life-cycle on assigned web platforms
• Incorporate UX research tools, data, personas, competitive analysis and metrics to help shape User Experiences
• Create prototype, wireframes, storyboards, sitemaps and screen flows to effectively communicate and implement interaction and design ideas with responsive web design
• Facilitate delineation of stakeholders’ collective digital product vision by researching, conceiving, wire framing, prototyping, mocking-up and presenting alternative UI/UX designs
• Revise and iterate UI/UX designs based on user activity analysis, feedback and testing; Ensure that designs are properly implemented, iteratively adapting and testing across browsers and devices
• Gauge the usability of new and existing features, and make constructive recommendations for change
 
 
REQUIREMENTS:
 
• 4+ years’ UI/UX design experience, preferably in ecommerce
• Proficient in Adobe, Sketch, Axure, Photoshop and Illustrator and Icon creator or similar
• Proficient in HTML, CSS and JavaScript; RAZOR skills a plus
• Strong portfolio showcasing broad range of UX/UI
• Strong portfolio showcasing accessibility web design (Like ARIA, Sec 508)
• Strong experience in providing solutions to responsive Design

• Possess aptitude to learn additional technology platforms as needed to support strategic initiatives
• Comply with all Identity Group policies and procedures; Maintain confidentiality of Company & associate information
• Collaborate on alternatives when scope or technical implementation challenges arise
• Work comfortably in an Agile and Iterative style of website development
