RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES INCLUDE:
 
• Analyzes routine client requests for service from appropriate organization(s).
• Ensures that service request and applications catalog data are in compliance to established standard business processes and service level agreements.
• Determines work classification to enable the capture and reporting of performance metrics.
• Verifies work authorization. Provides project tracking codes.
• Confirms completion of essential quality checks and measurements.
• Communicates findings in data and graphic modes.
• Validates work requests for completeness, accuracy, compliance to established standards and correct alignment to portfolio project records.
• Develops checklists necessary for validation activities.
• Verifies appropriate work authorization has been obtained by the client and company.
• Monitors and analyzes, on a proactive basis, routine queue data to ensure achievement of contract and internal service level agreements and project commitments.
• Verifies that required closedown activities are completed before closing service requests. Escalates issues when necessary.
• Assists in coordinating the establishment of project tracking codes.
• Performs routine analysis of project, queue and applications catalog data and provides findings to the service delivery team in data and graphic modes.
• Controls changes to the applications catalog.
 
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
 
• High school diploma or G.E.D.
• Two or more years of work flow or industrial engineering experience
• Experience working with project management methodology including budget development, project planning, control and assurance methodologies, project management software, finance and accounting
• Experience working with project management software, as well as email, word processing, database, presentation and spreadsheet software (macro coding, pivot tables, and charting functions)
• Experience working with financial accounting practices related to project labor budgeting, authorization, and tracking
