Corporate Technology Communications Writer/Strategist
Can work remote / remotely, if needed
Fortune 500 company operating a worldwide online payments system
 
Experienced writer/content strategist with a proven track record in understanding technical information and communicating it to a broad user base in easy-to-digest language is needed in Office of the CIO to:
 
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and research product attributes, processes, and step-by-step changes for internal systems and technology security initiatives
• Coordinate the accuracy of product user experiences for clear communications
• Analyze audience needs
• Research, determine, and create communications for different project rollouts
• Format technology documentation for end users
• Coordinate approvals for all communications
• Collaborate on and implement organizational change management (OCM)
• Manage content and execution of corporate team newsletter
• Collect and analyze content metrics
 
Experience
• 5+ years in content development or equivalent
• Excellent grammar and writing skills
• A clear, concise, “human” voice and writing style that can be adapted to brand standards
• Project management and team collaboration for complex technically-focused projects
• Proficient in Microsoft suite
• Organizational change management knowledge and experience
• Understanding and experience with learning development a plus
