A Tier 2 Help Desk Support Field Tech job is available through Modis in Houston, Texas. No C2C, no sponsorships; local candidates only. The Desktop Support Field Tech will have 5-7 years’ experience Tier 2 Help Desk support experience for small and medium businesses and preferably with a MSP (Managed Service Provider). The Field Tech will be responsible for implementation, support, maintenance, and management of IT services, networking, PC workstations, IT security, email, and disaster recovery for Small and Medium businesses.
