Akkodis is seeking a Workday Technical Analyst for a direct hire full-time opportunity that is 100% remote. Qualified candidates will have 3+ years of experience in Workday role which includes experience within security. The Analyst will serve as a technical point of contact between IT and internal business services, helping HR and Finance leaders define and execute their strategies .

Salary Range: $105-125K depending on experience, along with a 4% bonus and 10% pension plan contribution

Workday Technical Analyst job responsibilities include:

Dive decisions and recommend best practices related to Workday functionality including, but not limited to: Core HCM, Benefits, Advanced Compensation, Performance, Learning, Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking, Finance, Procurement, Projects, Project Billing Expense Management, Security, and Reporting.

Identify configuration strategies, risks, and options, recommend approaches and mitigations to meet client/functional requirements

Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiencies and execute optimization projects

Implement enhancements and new features from discovery through deployment

Support Security, Reporting, and Integration operations

Ensure the Firm takes advantage of Workday best practices

Support release management, reviews release summary, and releases readiness documents from system vendors

QUALIFICATIONS:

3+ years of experience in a Workday Analyst role including Security

Experience within security, including creating custom security groups, and implementing and managing security changes

Experience in integrations, including releases, enhancements, change requests, and security access

Advanced knowledge of the Workday platform. Specific product modules (HCM, Compensation, Finance, PSA preferred but not required)

Proactive and collaborative; a leader with effective communication skills

A creative problem solver with the flexibility to navigate uncertainty

Ability to analyze data, create management summary reports and make presentations.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive them

Experience in supporting release management, reviewing release summary, and releasing readiness documents from system vendors
