Quality Manager (m/f/d) Specialist Supplier Qualifications

Then we are looking for you for a temporary cooperation of initially 17 months, on a project of our customer, a renowned company in the pharmaceutical / biotech industry, in the Ulm area.

Your main activities

  • Independent execution of supplier qualifications of assigned material manufacturers and selected service providers
  • Independent preparation of simple contracts with quality-relevant contents, support in the preparation of more extensive quality assurance agreements
  • Independent compilation and preparation of key figures and other quality metrics
  • Carrying out activities in the supplier qualification process, including - conducting meetings, training sessions and revising documents
  • Filing and archiving data, maintaining electronic systems used in the supplier qualification environment

Your profile

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in pharmaceutical sciences, chemistry, biotechnology or a comparable professional field with several years of professional experience.
  • Or a comparable professional education with many years of work experience.
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience in GMP regulated environments in pharmaceutical development or manufacturing or quality control/assurance with several years of experience.
  • Expert knowledge of international regulatory guidelines (US, EU, ICH) and quality standards for human pharmaceuticals, including relevant development activities, and handling of appropriate data for aforementioned activities.
  • Experience with supplier qualification, quality assurance agreements, and deviation management
  • Training or in-depth experience in working with computer systems in a pharmaceutical environment (Trackwise, SAP, Documentum, Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation and intercultural skills.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and German.
