For our renowned client in the pharmaceutical and biotech industry, we are looking for a Compliance Officer Process Control1 (m/f/d).

Start: ASAP

Duration: 12 months

Location: Southern greater Ulm area

Workload: Full-time

What you can do for us

  • You are responsible for handling compliance and GMP issues within the process control of biopharmaceutical manufacturing.
  • You are the lead investigator in the processing of deviations and coordinate these as well as OOX events within the Process Control department and with the respective interfaces.
  • Ensuring a uniform compliance status and a cGMP status that is appropriate from the authorities' and customers' point of view.
  • Coordination, preparation and follow-up of audit and inspection topics.
  • Representation of the department in audits and inspections.
  • Support of the division-specific improvement and standardisation projects on GMP and compliance topics and, if necessary, assumption of project management.
  • Preparation and implementation of training courses.
  • Representation as a technical expert in committees of the Quality Unit.

The skills that are needed

  • Completed studies in biology, biotechnology or comparable qualification with several years of professional experience in laboratory areas, quality assurance/control and/or production in a GxP-regulated environment.
  • Sound knowledge of analytics, ideally practical experience in a laboratory as well as extensive experience in a GMP environment.
  • Good knowledge of national and international GMP regulations.
  • Experience in handling deviations and/or OOX results, relevant professional experience in audits and inspections desirable
  • Confident handling of MS Office and ideally experience with TrackWise
  • Experience in project management an advantage
  • Fluent written and spoken English
