For our client in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry we are looking for Process Owner Quality Systems (m/f/d).

  • Start: Immediately
  • Duration: until 31.10.2023
  • Location: Southern greater Ulm area

What you can do for us

  • As Process Owner / Local Management System Owner (MSO) you are responsible for the core quality systems Deviation, Investigation CAPA / Change Control at the BioPharma site.
  • You will lead interdisciplinary teams for the continuous improvement of quality systems and processes (e.g. initiation and management of projects; coordination, measurement and monitoring of newly established processes).
  • You align quality systems against regulatory requirements and/or divisional/global standards.
  • You present and represent the quality systems to health authorities and management.
  • You take care of the maintenance of the systems and the development and establishment of processes including adequate role-based training.
  • You interact with divisional & global MSOs and exchange information with other sites and divisions.
  • You analyse trends in the pharmaceutical industry and initiate improvements.
  • You ensure the quantitative evaluation of the quality system based on key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure system hygiene.

The skills that are needed

  • You have a Master's degree in the natural sciences (biochemistry, biology, biopharmacy...) or a comparable qualification - with several years of professional experience.
  • You have experienced many years within the pharmaceutical industry, in different functions such as quality, production, QC or other areas.
  • You have experience in leading interdisciplinary project teams and in dealing with international customers on an intercultural level.
  • Extensive knowledge of European and US-American cGMP regulations as well as knowledge and experience in the practical interpretation of specifications are a matter of course for you.
  • Excellent English and German language skills, both written and spoken, are essential.
