Ihre Aufgaben
- Ensure in implementation, compliance and maintenance of cGMP and HSE systems of the process group.
- Lead systematic investigations of deviations in processes and procedures and preparation of CAPAs
- Lead and execute change and optimization projects as part of change control procedures
- Implementation and subsequent support of statistical process controls
- Management of validation and qualification projects (under cGMP) including participation in the preparation of appropriate documentation/monitoring of activities
- Support in the optimization of the processes, in the development of automation concepts and strategies, preparation/execution of operational tests under consideration of economic efficiency, availability, quality, safety and environmental protection in cooperation with the process group engineers
- Cooperation with the process group in day-to-day business, troubleshooting, maintenance and repair issues, new tenders, new plant commissioning, inspection preparations
- Legal and directive-compliant plant inspections as well as monitoring the completeness of plant documentation
- Creation, administration and training of SOPs and procedural instructions for compliance assurance
- Elaboration of investment and maintenance concepts in consultation with process group engineers/managers
Ihr Profil
- Master's degree in a natural science (e.g. biochemistry, biotechnology, biology) or state examination in pharmacy
- Practical experience in the pharmaceutical field is an advantage
- Professional experience in GMP, filling/control of sterile dosage forms, as well as in the area of LEAN advantageous
- Very good knowledge of German and English
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
- Ability to work in a team
