For our customer we are exclusively looking for employees in the field of HPLC-MS - proteins.
The long-term position is in the Munich area and is to be filled from now on.
Ihre Aufgaben
- Development/validation of HPLC-MS methods for structural elucidation of biopolymers, especially proteins
- Development of MS-based quantitative protein assays for the collection of safety-related data
- Preparing samples and reagents
- Chromatographic and spectrometric analysis of diagnostic and biochemical preparations
- Validation/quality assurance of methods used
- Evaluation of raw data using computer-aided evaluation methods and database-based evaluation
- Analysis of software-based data, interpretation and presentation of the results as well as documentation of the measurement results
- Reporting, formulation of test regulations and SOPs
- Maintenance of the chromatographs and mass spectrometers
Ihr Profil
- Must have:
- - Bachelor / Master of Science in chemistry, chemical engineering, biochemistry or comparable
- - Relevant theoretical and practical experience in instrumental, analytical methods (focus on HPLC and mass spectrometry after completing your studies)
- - Very good knowledge of chromatographic separation techniques
- - fluent knowledge of German and English
- - Willingness to handle potentially infectious human material
- Nice to have:
- - Experience with targeted HPLC-MS, Proteomics and OrbiTrap devices
