What you can do for us
- Establish quality standards, strategies and metrics for the current project/product
- Support development teams and work with all stakeholders to ensure that quality criteria are met
- You will identify risks and create plans to mitigate them
- In addition you will be responsible for the reporting progress, the prioritizing of issues and proposing solutions to stakeholders
- You will participate in the delivery of software products and will be responsible of improving the development processes
- You will be responsible for coordinating quality issues with various departments and suppliers
The skills that are needed
- You have a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, electrical engineering or a related field
- You have several years of professional experience in developing or testing embedded software for the automotive industry
- You have relevant experience in the development and implementation of SW-QA guidelines, processes and tools
- You have experience with the alignment and use of international software standards such as Automotive SPICE, ISO 26262 or ISO 21434 and knowledge in the use of SW tools such as GitHub, QAC, Polyspace, Klocwork, CodeSonar, CodeBeamer
- You gained experience in the past in working with agile software frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban
- A good command in Englisch and German is required
