Ihre Aufgaben
The development of automated analytical systems using chemical, enzymatic and chromatographic methods and the system reagents. Methods for quantitative analysis are HPLC and MS. Detailed tasks:- Activities in the area of system integration (development/evaluation of system components, further development of test and test procedures)
- Chromatographic/spectrometric analysis using sample materials on various systems, especially LC-MS
- Optimization of hardware components and system reagents based on project definition, performance of comparative studies, analysis of error patterns, and development and evaluation of technical solution options
- Tests on available systems as well as handling of devices which are still under development (or mock-ups)
- Self-orientated working method in the development of solutions, literature research, evaluation of results by means of EDP, preparation of test protocols, graphics, reports and slide sets and finally presentation of results in meetings
- Preparation of SOPs
Ihr Profil
Must Have:- Natural science graduation (chemistry, physics, biochemistry or comparable)
- Knowledge of liquid chromatography (HPLC, LC-MS) mandatory
- Very good English and German language skills
- Experience in the field of mass spectrometry and column chromatography
