For the Stuttgart Engineering Team we are currently looking for a Methods and Tools Engineer (m/f/d) ADAS as permanent employee
Your main tasks
- Administrate and Operate the Development Tools inside the R&D Tool Landscape
- Interlink tools to ease the living of the development process
- Optimization: Provide business process method and tool expertise for the design, implementation and continuous improvement of development processes
ASPICE, ISO etc. process overview
- Data collection & analysis for providing intelligence to the organization for making data driven decision of process optimization and automation
- Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve, monitoring, discover issues and deliver better Tools for development teams
- Formulate recommendations and data driven solutions for Process and Method improvements
- Develop methodologies and tools to support process deployments
- Development of consistent and impactful metrics/KPIs to monitor development progress
- Provide strategic roadmaps for methods and tools improvement
- Define and implement operating model for process Automation
- Develope and maintain tools related to product development processes for examples, Project management, Requirement Management, Configuration management, Review and Source code management tools and build as well as test automation
Your profile
- Completed university education in electrical engineering, microelectronics, computer engineering
- Expertise of several year as Methods and Tools Engineer
- Expertise in Automotive SPICE, ISO 26262, ISO21434
- Expertise in agile development methods
- Good communication skills
- Experience in leading/supporting projects in the automotive sector
- Experience across the entire SW lifecycle in software development
- Experience in working with offshore locations
