To meet Modis' continuously growing pipeline of work, we are looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join the team to support and drive our expanding business. In this role you will be responsible for engaging as part of the Regional Workforce Team to deliver high quality new resources to fulfil opportunities within the region assigned to.
There is NO SALES within this role - pure delivery role.
- Assist with end to end recruitment to ensure demand is met
- Source high quality talent using all available techniques including but not limited to, Linkedin, Job Boards, Networks and Referrals
- Manage and maintain database at all times
- Schedule and participate in candidate interviews
- Provide timely feedback to referrers and candidates
- Manage resource requests in a consistent, efficient manner
- Maintain the linkage between the recruitment and HR processes to ensure all candidates have a smooth introduction to their employment with Modis
Skills & Experience
- Bachelor of Business or equivalent
- IT Recruitment experience - essential
- Strong time management experience
- Ability to multitask with a sense of urgency
- Ability to communicate with influence
- Extensive local IT industry knowledge - preferably with an agency background
