- 12 months contract with extension options available
- Candiates must be Australian Citizens with ability to obtain a security clearance
- Location: Melbourne, Sydney, Canberra and Brisbane, however, please note that some travel to the Canberra office may be required throughout the term of the engagement.
Salesforce Developers responsibilities
- Relevant tertiary or post graduate qualifications are highly desirable e.g., bachelor's degree in computer science or software engineering
- Appropriate vocation qualifications and certifications e.g., Agile, Software Platforms, Cloud, Service Management or Change Management are highly desirable
- Previous work experience with application and software development within a large ICT environment, of Software Development practice
- Experience developing customer-facing interfaces
- Advanced knowledge of Salesforce CRM platforms
- Preference for experience with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (PSS)
- Proficient in SOQL, Apex, JavaScript, Visual Force and Lightning Web Components and integration using MuleSoft and Salesforce connectors
- Working knowledge of Visual Studio Code, mavensMate or eclipse
- Good communication skills
- Deep understanding of SDLC principles and the software development lifecycle, including Agile and DevOps practices and methodologies
- Ability to problem solve high-level software and application issues
- Knowledge and experience of the following is an advantage: Health ICT environment, Siebel/Oracle, Salesforce/MuleSoft, CRM, Agile, Waterfall.
Mulesoft Developers responsibilities
- One or more current MuleSoft Certifications are preferred (MuleSoft Certified Developer - MCD, MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect - MCIA, Mulesoft Certified Platform Architect
- (MCPA) preferred
- Ability to make strategic decisions about designing enterprise integration solutions with Anypoint Platform, taking into consideration platform strengths and weaknesses
- Extensive project experience, deep expertise in MuleSoft solutions and tools with real-world MuleSoft development experience who can develop complex projects on his/her own
- Experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Connectors, DataWeave, RAML 1.0
- Knowledge of MuleSoft's three-layered approach to API-led connectivity (System, Process & Experience APIs)
- Knowledge of General integration patterns and how best they can be applied on the MuleSoft platform
- Knowledge of MuleSoft Technical Architecture platform patterns and best practices
- Knowledge of Modern day technologies enabling DevOps (CI & CD processes) with the MuleSoft platform
- Experience with Java and Kubernetes is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of API Management concepts and capabilities (Security, Authentication, Policies, RESTful service design principles, Versioning, etc.)
- Project experience in both on-premise and CloudHub Mule deployment options
- Experience with agile / scrum and waterfall development methodologies
- Knowledge and experience of the following is an advantage: Health ICT environment, Siebel/Oracle, Salesforce/Mulesoft, CRM, Agile, Waterfall.
Salesforce and Mulesoft Analyst responsibilities
- Experience working as Technical/Functional Analyst (and or both Salesforce & Mulesoft) with the ability to gather requirements and translate into functional specifications.
- Experience in enterprise scale and complex technology environments; · Experience working in Agile or Waterfall teams.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder skills with ability to develop and maintain relationships across the organisation.
- Ability to problem solve high-level software and application issues
Solutions Architects responsibilities
- Minimum 5 years of experience working across IT environments in an application design or development.
- Extensive experience as a solution architect and/or developing solution architecture for Siebel CRM, Salesforce CRM, MuleSoft API platform and integration architecture.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of information processing principles and practices.
- Demonstrated experience in application and system design and development.
- Demonstrated experience in designing solutions under AGILE frameworks.
- Demonstrated experience in facilitation of workshops involving a range of participants including senior management, technical staff, and business users.
- Sound knowledge of architecture frameworks and enterprise design tools, Enterprise Architect experience desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
