. Required to perform installation, expansion & life-cycle management of Red Hat Openshift Clusters.
. Practical implementation of knowledge of DevOps and agile concepts, application development and deployment tools
. Practical experience with Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform and the greater Kubernetes ecosystem (Docker, CRIO, etc.)
. Practical experience building continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines to build and deploy applications to Red Hat Openshift.
. Practical experience on advance Openshift cluster management, security and ODF.
. Practical experience with tools like GitHub Actions, Helm, Kustomize, Jenkins, ArgoCD, Prometheus, Grafana, and the EFK stack
. Knowledge of programming languages like Python, Go, Ruby, or Java
. Develop and maintain trust relationships with customers and partners, rapidly understanding customer's business, technical needs, and required outcomes
. Effective communication skills for presenting to all customer levels; use engagements to capture customer feedback across Cloud services, advocate for this feedback across the organization
. Deliver technical and practical engagements, to translate technology based concepts into actual customer implementable solutions, including application development and delivery within the scope of a production pilot
. Work alongside customers to build software factories to test, build, and deliver applications to Red Hat OpenShift
. Implement Red Hat OpenShift best practices
. Extensive experience working in Container-as-a-Service (CaaS) from a development, engineering, support, or quality assurance (QA) perspective
. Ability to deliver consultative type customer facing engagements with minimal supervision
. Outstanding verbal and written English communication skills, with ability to convey complex information to customers clearly and concisely
. Demonstrable presentation and facilitation skills
