Radio Network Optimisation & Feature Testing Expert with the following Job Description.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deep dive technical analysis of Nokia features to demonstrate the gains and benefits.
- Identify the prerequisites/dependencies for a feature to ensure applicability to the current customer network.
- Formulate and execute detailed test cases in the lab to ensure that the feature performs as per expectation.
- Define test scenarios, identify site clusters, and arrange and perform field trials/soak.
- Analyse test logs and present them to the customer to achieve the defined acceptance milestones.
- Evaluate the gain, verify the expected KPI outcome, and provide a detailed technical explanation of the changes in trend.
- Update the Milestone document to capture all feature details and results.
Required Skills:
- Excellent knowledge of Nokia 4G and 5G Radio technologies to understand/explain complex functionalities.
- Any prior experience in RF Optimization and Feature Introduction to networks is preferable.
- Hands-on experience in collecting and analysing UE logs using the postprocessing tools or eNB/gNB internal logs.
- Must be an expert in root cause analysis (RCA) from available logs and be able to present the RCA.
- The role is customer-facing, requiring good communication and presentation skills.
