We are seeking a highly skilled Change Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the process of change, ensuring that change is implemented smoothly, efficiently, and with minimal disruption to client operations. The Change Manager will be responsible for assessing the impact of change, developing a change management plan, communicating the change, managing stakeholders, identifying and mitigating risks, and monitoring and evaluating progress.

About the role
In this role you will be responsible for
- Identify stakeholders, impacts, current/future state gaps, communication messages, training needs people-side risks and points of resistance.
- Develop a change management strategy based on an understanding of the change and the groups being impacted.
- Develop an practical change management plan (or set of plans) outlining the activities required to support people through the change and address any risks
- Work with the Project Manager to integrate change management activities into the overall project plan.
- Lead and support the conduct of readiness assessments and implementation of measurement systems to track adoption, utilisation and proficiency of the groups and individuals impacted by the change.
- Establish and maintain relationships with group/organisational-wide specialists (e.g., communications and training) in the formulation plans and activities to ensure they align with organisational works of working.
- Ensure coordinated, consolidated and timely reporting of the project.
- Apply a structured change management approach and methodology to support people impacted by change
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in the coordination and running of large change management projects with project timelines of over 1 year
- Significant experience in senior stakeholder engagement and working with technical and non-technical staff.
- Demonstrated experience in building and maintain relationship with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to establish engagement mechanisms that drive commitment for the project and build momentum and buy-in.
- Significant experience in facilitating engagement between business and technical staff to ensure a sharing understanding of what is changing and how.
- Excellent time management skills and proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and presentation skills
To be successful in this role, a change manager should have excellent communication skills, be adaptable and flexible, have strong leadership skills, and be able to manage conflict and resistance effectively. Additionally, they should have a solid understanding of project management methodologies and change management frameworks. A degree in business, management, or a related field is typically required, along with several years of experience in change management or a related field.
