The Role

About the Role:

My client is seeking a Senior Technical Business Analayst with strong initiative and proactive mindset that is looking to progress their career and further develop their skills. You will become an integral member of the existing team to help drive outcomes within the program across multiple work streams for the Technology Integration Program. This role is for someone who aspires to move into a project management as part of their career development plan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with delivery teams to break down deliverables and assist in work planning
  • Creation of Project artefacts such impact analysis, technical documentation and other deliverables
  • Facilitate Project stand-ups, planning sessions and ongoing delivery cadence
  • Provide insights based on analysis and data to assist decision making
  • Work with teams to write tech document implementation
  • Drive discussions and participate in meetings, capture requirements and translate into technical steps

About You:

  • Experience within the Banking, finance, and Insurance sectors
  • Experience in the General Insurance domain
  • Technology background (webpages, API, infrastructure, etc.)
  • Strong PowerPoint skills, experience visualising complex content and data
  • Ability to translate technical speak into business relatable conversations
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence to engage with stakeholders at all levels
  • Confident managing Stakeholder Relationships
  • Customer-centric attitude and not afraid to roll-up your sleeves to help in other areas where needed.
  • Experience and/or knowledge of PM/BA frameworks
  • Competent with IT systems and applications
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives with competing deadlines and at various stages of development and approval
  • Demonstrated ability to manage deliverables in a complex environment with interrelated dependencies.
  • Attention to detail, ability to work independently, and confidently articulate information
  • Experience or knowledge of collaboration tools using - O365, Sharepoint and MS Teams structure and integrated functionalities
