Our client is a global leader in the technologies .Their solutions and services extend from the desktop to the cloud, and their client base spans a wide range of industries, from manufacturing to financial services, through to hospitality and not for profits.They are currently looking for L2/L3 service desk system engineer to help the service desk resolve tickets more efficiently. This includes providing extra guidance for Pre ICU/ICU client tickets and taking ownership of more difficult tickets raised to them through the escalation process.
Key Skills
- Complete tickets as per weekly average
- Adhere to ticket handling process
- Attempt to provide first touch resolution (where possible)
- Work through issues onsite to resolve them
- Work collaboratively with manager and the team back in the office to balance onsite and office work requirements
KPI
- On average complete 40 tickets per week
- On average log 30 billable hours per week
- On average, Ticket handling must be a minimum of 80% compliance with procedure
- Completion of 1 training per month and achieve competency on the required assessment
- Would be an advantage if you have MYOB AE/Account Right/System Release - Insolvency - Reckon Accounts
