This competition is promoted by Modis Consulting Pty Ltd (Modis) for the participants of the Australian Energy Week Conference (June 6-9, 2022).
This competition is open to attendees of the Australian Energy Week Conference. No employees or associates of Modis or other event sponsors may enter. Entry into the competition means that the entrant warrants that he or she meets the entry requirements and accepts these terms and conditions. Void where prohibited, licensed, or restricted by federal or state laws, regulations or agency/institutional policy. Determination of eligibility if at Modis’ sole discretion. Competition is open from 8:00am – 6:00pm AEST Tuesday, 7 June, and 8:00am – 4:00pm AEST Wednesday, 8 June. Winner will be randomly selected and announced at the Australian Energy Week at 1:00pm AEST on Wednesday, 8 June 2022.
To be eligible for entry, all applicants must complete all sections of the competition entry form, including their contact details. Only one entry per person will be accepted. The winner will be selected by a random number generator and is at the discretion of Modis Consulting Pty Ltd.
Modis reserves the right to disqualify any entrants or entries where Modis reasonably suspect any unlawful or improper conduct, or if there has otherwise been a breach of the competition terms and conditions.
Modis complies with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and will not disclose or share your private details with any third party or parties. All information will be confidential.
Winner will be announced at the Australian Energy Week Conference at 1:00pm AEST on Wednesday, 8 June 2022. If the winner is not in attendance, they will be notified by email and the prize will be dispatched within 7 working days to an address provided by the winner. The winner must warrant that he or she is not prohibited by employment, contract, or law from entering the competition or accepting a prize from Modis.
The prize to be awarded to one (1) winner is a AUD$300.00 Gift Voucher from Red Balloon. No cash or other substitutions are permitted except by Modis. Red Balloon is not a sponsor or participant of this competition. Modis.com
