Our client is a clinical-stage biotechnology company specialized in small molecule medicines.

How Modis added value

As a rapidly growing company, the client sought a robust project and portfolio management platform. Our consultants helped them transition from their existing MS Project Server solution to Planisware V6. The Modis team defined and designed a project management approach for the client based on the federated model. They also developed suitable resource algorithms, assisted during the data migration and designed Planisware Explorer (PEX) reports.

The project went live in August 2018, giving the client a more powerful way to manage its portfolio of drug development projects.
