You will be responsible for deployment & implementation of the strategic plan to protect and grow market share in the reimbursed and non-reimbursed primary care segment (pharmacy chains, groups and online pharmacies, wholesalers, private insurers, top medical dealers).
Therefore you take full ownership and accountability on strategic key accounts to ensure share growth in view of the increasing importance of this channel within the Belgian diabetes market.
You negotiate the commercial conditions with pharmacy groups, insurers and wholesalers and ensure the execution of the agreements
You guarantee & develop long-term cooperation with distributors or direct customers in order to increase revenues.
You have strong commercial, negotiation and communication skills.
This includes taking initiative, working autonomous, structured and organized with a problem solving attitude.
You already have (minimum) three years of sales experience/ key account management experience in the pharmacy sector.
You are fluent in French & Dutch (oral and written).
Basic business English.
