Position Highlights
Responsibilities:
- Define configuration specifications, KPIs and business and reporting requirements
- Own and develop relationship with partners to optimize and enhance our integration
- Help design, document and maintain system processes
- Report on common sources of technical issues or questions
- Communicate key insights, findings and recommendations to the product team
- Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring
- Perform Quality Assurance - discover issues, suggest changes and better solutions to the customer
Requirements:
- At least 3 years' previous experience in Business/Systems Analysis or Quality Assurance
- Proven experience in eliciting requirements and testing
- Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions using visualization techniques and tools
- Experience soliciting, gathering, and analyzing user input and requirements
- Experience documenting user stories and creating wireframes and process flow dia-grams
- Experience collaborating with business stakeholders and generating process documenta-tion
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio
- Excellent organizational skills including ability to self-start own task assignments
- Strong presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working in an Agile environment
- Fluency in English
As an advantage will be considered:
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM Products to develop client or business solu-tions
- Experience in configuring Salesforce or similar CRM Product, including workflows, val-idation rules, and security controls
- Experience on a Salesforce implementation through the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
