Position Highlights

As a Community Moderator with English you will be responsible for:

  • Reviewing and replying to users via email and in the community
  • Moderating spam and taking action on users violating program or platform rules
  • Keeping the community organized by moving posts to appropriate categories, deleting or marking as spam
  • Answering questions and troubleshooting user issues via email or online in the community
  • Identifying trends and proposing (and/or crafting) articles and content to address common issues or subjects
  • Moderating events requests through the platform

If you have:

  •  Excellent level of speaking, reading and writing in English 
  •  Strong communication skills
  •  Good intuition and attitude, high energy (enjoys interacting with people)
  •  Experience representing a major brand online
  •  Experience moderating a forum (user and spam management), online community and/or social media
  •  High attention to detail, troubleshooting and problem-solving
  •  Good computer literacy
