Day-to-day Responsibilities: 

  • Provides customer support in Arabic by telephone, e-mail, and chat
  • Identifies clients’ issues and proposes creative solutions
  • Focuses on customer expectations and satisfaction
  • Protects confidential and sensitive information and materials
  • Collaborates with other team members to provide high-quality customer support
