- Provides customer support in Arabic by telephone, e-mail, and chat
- Identifies clients’ issues and proposes creative solutions
- Focuses on customer expectations and satisfaction
- Protects confidential and sensitive information and materials
- Collaborates with other team members to provide high-quality customer support
