Position Highlights
As an HR Generalist you will be responsible for:
- Cover a wide range of human resource processes for the whole company in support of business objectives and human resource initiatives. Act as a single point of contact for assigned teams, having end-to-end ownership of service delivery;
- Manage programs that address issues such as talent management, team and leadership development, retention, organization design, performance management, and change management
- Actively participate in developing, customizing and implementing recognition initiatives and employee engagement programs
- Manages the internal openings process in terms of announcements, interviewing, feedback to hiring managers in the decision-making process.
- Support the Managers HRBP in ensuring timely and quality HR services are provided to the business leaders, line managers and team leaders in support of country and business objectives
- Participate in identifying and developing employee skills to support business needs, coach employees, supervisors, and leaders in addressing interpersonal and behavioral challenges
- Conduct exit interviews and attrition analyses. Consolidate the findings on a monthly/quarterly basis so that findings can contribute to the development of action plans
- Prepare and analyze onboarding and other employee surveys results
- Monitor and manage the performance management process on a monthly basis. Prepare lists with the eligible employees, inform Team Leads, collect PAD forms.
- Communicate and manage the career development opportunities across the organization
- Seeks to continuously improve the quality and value of the HR service provided to the organization
- Guides the business managers how to effectively use the HRMS tools.
If you have:
- Bachelor’s degree and/or four years combination of education and experience;
- At least 1 year of HR experience on a specialist or generalist role in a similar environment;
- Excellent English skills, both verbal and written;
- Accuracy and attention to detail;
- Flexibility, self-motivation, and ability to work in a team
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills, positive attitude and high level of initiative
- Excellent Computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong project management skills.
