Job Description

The focus of this role is managing an end to end recruitment process for the hiring of technical professionals by sourcing and screening candidates for Niche IT skill sets identified as per the business needs. Full end to end ownership of the candidate journey will be required and responsibility for talent pooling and utilizing the most effective sourcing channels to meet placement targets; ensuring a resourcing plan is in place for each vacancy and providing a consultative approach to the given business area.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle to meet the staffing goals across all levels within multiple projects and to form a positive recruitment experience;
  • Manage relationships directly with client representative providing feedback on vacancies, candidates and offer stages;
  • Update the management teams on market conditions agreeing on candidate attraction strategies for future demand;
  • Discuss vacancies with Recruitment Project Lead / Management to ensure a full and accurate understanding of the job specification and the specific client requirements, ensure SLA’s and KPI’s are met in line with client contract;
  • Ensure the most appropriate database search and all internal and external adverts are actioned and telephone suitable candidates on the resulting search to qualify availability, suitability, and commitment;
  • Identify potential candidates for clients that you support using LinkedIn, Internal databases and other sourcing tools;
  • Manage the candidate throughout the resourcing lifecycle and update candidate records in tracking database;
  • Conduct structured telephone interview with identified candidates via video conferencing tools or telephone;
  • Ensure the candidate understands the onboarding process - this includes negotiation of start dates, conditions (where applicable), extending offers and contract signing scheduling.


  • Effective communications skills;
  • Fluency in English;
  • Tech Savvy;
  • 3+ years of overall recruitment experience;
  • 2+ years of experience in IT recruitment;
  • International recruitment exposure will be considered as an advantage;
  • Bachelor/Master degree in HR, BA, Psychology, Social Sciences or similar;
  • Assertive telephone manner;
  • People management skills;                                                        
  • Time management with the ability to work to deadlines and under pressure;
  • Ability to influence events rather than passively accept them;
  • Ability to identify necessary change and improvement;
  • Good IT skills including the ability to work with databases;
  • Proven direct sourcing experience;
  • Talent pooling and candidate attraction strategies;
  • Commercial Awareness.
