Currently, we are looking for an IT Service Management Specialist to join our community of experts. As an IT Service Management Specialist you will be responsible for:

  • Providing strong assistance to Process owner and SME of the project
  • Managing the Reporting, Configuration Management and Continual Service Improvement processes of the project on a day-to-day basis
  • Educating and supporting your colleagues
  • Delivering ever-improving quality to customers and our business


  • A minimum 3-5 years of experience in IT Operations, IT Service Management or Support structures domain
  • Proven experience in ITIL practitioner in Infrastructures services or Application Management (3+ Years)
  • Excellent understanding of CMDB/CMDB+ and Configuration management systems
  • Excellent understanding of IT Infra and Application support
  • Excellent Excel skills - including Pivot tables and advanced functions using VBA Macro
  • Experience with the following tools - ServiceNow, ServiceNow Analytics, Jira
  • Fluency in English

As a strong advantage will be considered:

  • SQL Server skills - ability to create and run SQL Queries
  • Knowledge of PowerBI, Tableau or similar tools
  • Attention to detail with high quality standards
  • Reporting skills, ability to understand, analyze and present data
