Position Highlight:

As an IT Support Specialist you will be responsible for: 

  • End-user hardware and software support
  • Account management (Active Directory)
  • Network troubleshooting
  • IT ticket handling
  • Additional ad-hoc tasks associated with the needs of the IT team

If you have: 

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field preferred
  • Experience working with computer hardware/software for installation/upgrading procedures
  • Knowledge/experience in Active Directory user administration
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot system problems
  • Communication skills to interact with users at all level of the organization
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Very good level of English – at least B2
  • Good organizational skills to balance and prioritize work

As an advantage will be considered: 

  • 1-2 years of broad-range experience in an IT Service Desk onsite support environment
  • Knowledge of VLANs, Subnetting, Routing and Switching, a good understanding of the OSI and TCP/IP models
  • Knowledge of Windows Server, SharePoint, Exchange, Azure, Skype for Business, VMware, McAfee, ServiceNow, Cloud Solutions
  • Cisco CCNA certificate
  • Understanding of Ticketing Systems
