About the Role
The purpose of this role is to provide internal IT support to the functional and operational teams.
Responsibilities:
- New-user set-up (PC, Telephony, Access)
- End-user hardware support (PC, printers, scanners, copiers, fax etc)
- End-user software support (account management, driver management, Microsoft office, Google Drive, Apple software troubleshooting)
- Local Area Network wired and wireless troubleshooting
- Asset Management (including tracking & life-cycle)
- IT ticket resolutions.
Tick the boxes:
- 1 to 2 years of broad-range experience in an IT Service Desk onsite support environment.
- Fluency in English.
- Good communication skills alongside a positive and patient mindset.
- A self-motivated learner, able to go the extra mile to understand and learn how system works and how to support them.
- Interested in technology, as we will implement a wide variety of tools and systems he/she will have to help deploy and then support.
- Trustworthy and reliable.
- Good knowledge of MS Office products.
