As a Junior Network Support Engineer you will be responsible for:

  • Incident Investigation & Diagnosis
  • Resolution and Recovery
  • Incident Closure
  • Service Request Management
  • Problem Initiation
  • Routine IT Operations
  • Ongoing Education
  • Case Management

If you have:

  • Knowledge of VLANs
  • Knowledge of Subnetting
  • TCP/IP troubleshooting skills
  • Knowledge of Routing and Switching
  • Good understanding of the OSI model
  • Good coordination and communication skills
  • Willingness to work on shifts (including night shifts)
  • Very good English language skills

As an advantage will be considered:

  • Cisco CCNA certificate
  • Load balancers – general awareness
  • WAN Optimization – general awareness
  • Work with ticketing systems
