Position Highlights

On this role you will be responsible for:

  • Designing and delivering Leadership development programs and training sessions
  • Designing assessments and surveys to measure the effectiveness of the training programs
  • Identifying and managing internal partnerships with business SMEs and consulting leaders for continuous training content improvement
  • Creating online or classroom learning solutions in a Learning Management System
  • Manage diversity and inclusion initiatives

If you have:

  • At least 3+ years of experience in training design and facilitation;
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills;
  • Very good Project Management and Presentation skills;
  • Ability to multi-task in a dynamic customer-focused environment;
  • Advanced level of English language;
  • Train the Trainer and/or Coaching certification
