Position Highlights:

Key Role Responsibilities: 

  • Work closely with a small group of Enterprise/Global Administrators who provide support for the corporate Office 365 Tenant
  • Performs assessments on the O365 environment assuring the stability, security, and scalability of the Messaging platform
  • Performs day to day operation and management of O365
  • Assists with the resolution of any applicable Incidents, Service Requests, Change Management activities in the Service Management tool (ServiceNow)
  • Maintains and provides primary troubleshooting support for Exchange Online/ Exchange On-premise issues
  • Monitors the availability and functionality of the messaging environment for optimal performance
  • Monitors capacity and performance to identify future system upgrades
  • Creates and maintains all messaging systems documentation
  • Supports other messaging administrators and acts as a liaison to all Service Desk Leads

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

  • Minimum 3+ years of working experience in managing/troubleshooting Microsoft Exchange Online/Exchange On-Premise
  • University Degree in Computer Science or any IT related discipline or a relevant technical experience
  • Fluent English both written and spoken mandatory
  • Must have a working knowledge of messaging systems to address issues quickly
  • Should have a working knowledge of Active Directory and Azure
  • Working with and troubleshooting the following technologies – Shared Mailboxes, Delegation, Distribution List Maintenance, SMTP, Office 365, Outlook Web App (OWA), and Exchange Transport rules/mail routing
  • Experience using PowerShell to administer Exchange

Preferred Skills:

  • MCSA: Office 365 Certification
  • MCSE: Messaging Certification
