Currently, we are looking for a Senior Multi-Technology Support Engineer, Fully Remote Opportunity.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Take ownership of any reported incidents. Resolve support issues that have escalated via the local infrastructure or troubleshoot the cloud.
  • Ensure all cases are acted upon conscientiously and in the framework expected according to the SLA.
  • Design and deploy functional networks such as LAN, WAN, and WLAN
  • Configure and install software, servers, routers and other network devices
  • Monitor network performance on a regular basis
  • Performing the routine tasks that keep an infrastructure running is a core part of the role
  • Build strong working relationship with Operational Team Lead, Helpdesk Engineers and IT Managers from different departments within the company
  • Maintain and update the technical reports on a timely basis
  • Suggest improvements to boost the network’s capacity, performance, and scalability

If you have:

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in IT Operations, infrastructure services support, operations monitoring and end-user support
  • Very good level of English language 
  • A good understanding of Server Administration with Windows Server (Active Directory account management) and Office 365
  • A Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Management Information Systems or equivalent certifications will be considered an advantage
