As an Operations Support Lead (OSL) you will be responsible for: 

  • End to end operational activities and projects, and all the tasks to be handled in a timely manner
  • Communication with respective partners for validation, follow-up, corrective action plans
  • Ensuring that all the necessary documentation has been uploaded properly
  • Being a contact point for all projects related matters for partners

If you have:

  • Excellent written and verbal English language skills
  • Bachelor/Master Degree in Business or relevant
  • Previous experience in a corporate environment will be an advantage
  • Proactive team player who can follow processes
  • Analytical skills and ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure when needed
