Position Highlights

As a Problem Manager you will be responsible for:    

  • Implementing and leading the Global Problem Management and other ITIL process 
  • Constant reviewing and analyzing of PC environment data from various sources
  • Driving improvement actions & recommendations based on analysis, to improve customer satisfaction 
  • Applying expert subject matter knowledge to manage activities in solving complex business/technical issues within established company policies
  • Acting as a key advisor to senior management on the development of overall operational policies and goals
  • Identifying, exploring and developing new opportunities for growth and innovation within or around projects

If you have:

  • Service management, Business Operations practical experience or ITIL Foundation certification 
  • Experience in global or multi-regional business environment
  • Excellent communication & influencing skills, incl. executive management communication
  • Ability to understand global business processes and identify impact of change
  • Data analytics skills and ability for data-driven 
  • Excellent mastery of the MS Office Suite
  • Technical expertise with ITSM tools (e.g. ServiceNow) is a strong advantage 
  • Fluency in English

The contract for this role is Temporary (1-year assignment) with the possibility to be extended.
