Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead globally the MI program and supervise teams in accordance with Client’s instructions at the following locations – Bulgaria, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Mexico, US, Japan, South Korea
  • Partner at the Strategic level with the client to further develop and evolve the MI program
  • Identify and resolve operational and performance issues on an ongoing basis, and report ongoing progress to the Client on issue resolution
  • Manage tactical work including but not limited to Client’s VMS data maintenance and clean up, invoicing, new worker onboarding
  • Establish data driven and performance management culture – provide regular reports and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)

Requirements 

  • Еxperience in Project Management and People management - min 3 years
  • Formal Project Management training/certification
  • Formal Lean Six Sigma training/certification
  • Day-to-day hands-on involvement on programming and computational level work
  • Experience in developing training materials
  • Experience in managing client relationship
