Job Description
As a Resource Coordinator with English you will be responsible for:
- Monitoring the end-to-end process and keeps the customers informed;
- Keeps detailed case documentation and escalates complex issues;
- Manages multiple tasks or cases simultaneously with minimal supervision;
- Timely manages and verifies the service requests of customers through different access channels.
If you have:
- Written and verbal fluency in English
- High School/ Bachelor/ Master Degree;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and customer focus;
- Analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Time and self-management skills and working with tough deadlines;
- Ability to work with business processes;
- Good computer literacy – (MS Office);
