Position Highlight

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle to meet the staffing goals across all levels within multiple projects and to form a positive recruitment experience 
  • Maintain an appropriate pipeline of candidates per the project’s requirements  
  • Leverage Social Media recruitment expertise 
  • Develop new sourcing channels and leverage sourcing techniques 
  • Research new avenues of advertising and sourcing passive candidates for potential projects 
  • Arrange and conduct interviews with candidates and manage technical/ lingual testing 
  • Manage deadlines as per ramp-up plans agreed with the client 
  • Evaluate the level of knowledge of English language of candidates in compliance with the Common European Framework and Modis methodology 
  • Manage the offer process to completion – ensuring signing of employment contracts and guaranteeing start dates  
  • Be a point of contact for Modis Hiring managers and manage the whole communication process 
  • Prepare statistics, reports, and analysis upon Line Manager request
  • Support market research and salary review activities to ensure Modis is fully up to date on market expectations, movements, and impacts to Modis and recruitment process.
  • Contribute to decision making on recruitment campaigns and general company advertising
  • Provide new starter information to HR as appropriate to ensure a smooth transition of personnel to Modis
  • Involvement in other projects /tasks as required
  • Maintain excellent standards of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality at all times
  • Lead various initiatives aiming diversification of the recruitment channels
  • Support the recruitment team lead preparing regular reports or presenting the recruitment results at business meetings  

Your profile is:

  • At least 3+ years of experience in recruitment covering Bulgarian maket;
  • Fluent English skills both verbal and written;
  • Solid knowledge of the recruitment expertise, social media recuitment knowledge, Applicant Tracking Systems, and strong passion for recruitment;
  • Experience in BPO/SSC/IT recruitment projects will be considered as an advantage;
  • University degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources or Psychology will be considered as an advantage;
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment;
  • Strong analytic skills and attention to detail;
  • Advanced level of MS Excel;
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills;
  • Very good Project Management and Presentation skills.
