Main Responsibilities:

  • End-user desk site hardware support
  • Local Computer room environment management
  • PC build & delivery
  • Ordering and asset control
  • Local Image maintenance / Creation
  • Telephony Management & incident management
  • User account management
  • Provide support for implementation activities related to the maintenance, enhancement and ongoing management of existing services/technologies

Required Skills:

  • Written and verbal fluency in English
  • At least 2 years of experience in an IT helpdesk environment
  • Technical Bachelor or Master Degree
  • Ability to set up and install a PC and operating system
  • Hardware: diagnosing, replacing, etc.
  • Hands-on experience with TCP/IP, network software configuration
