Today we are giving you the chance to build a career in one of the biggest IT outsourcing companies at the position of a Level 1 Agent with French.

As a Level 1 Agent you will be responsible for: 

  • Consult, help and handle French-speaking customers by phone and e-mail
  • Analyze clients' problems and provide a relevant solution within an agreed time frame
  • Timely escalate complex cases towards other teams, when needed
  • Protect confidential and sensitive information and materials
  • Collaborate positively with other team members to provide high-quality support

If you have:

  • Fluency in French and good level of English language
  • Customer handling skills and ability to analyze problems
  • Good computer literacy and keyboard skills
  • Desire and passion to work in a multinational team
