As an Advanced Technical Support Analyst you will be responsible for:

  • Take ownership of all tickets routed to them
  • Resolve these tickets or route them to the appropriate Resolution Group, which requires a higher level of technical analysis.

If you are:

  • Fluent  in Spanish, good skills in English;
  • Experienced with one year  in a technical position;
  • Analytical and if you have  IT troubleshooting skills and ability to solve common IT issues/troubleshooting related to:

- Internet  

- MS Office

- Windows Server

- Active Directory

- Cluster

  • Able  to troubleshoot portable devices, to research and find solutions to unfamiliar technical situations;
  • Experienced in a Helpdesk environment would be considered as an  advantage
