  • Handling Dutch speaking customers
  • Accurate and timely escalating complex cases, when needed
  • Consulting customers about the specifications of the company’s products
  • Focusing on customer expectations and satisfaction
  • Protecting confidential and sensitive information and materials
  • Collaborating with other team members to provide high-quality support

If you are:

  • Fluent oral and written Dutch language skills
  • Good level of English
  • Excellent customer and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure to tightly controlled deadlines
  • Advanced Microsoft office skills
  • Willingness to work in a team
  • Exceptional ability to learn new skills
